The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the hotel was the breakfast service which was enjoyed every morning on the outdoor terrace watching the day begin.

Solid building that is maintained fairly well. Most locations are wheel chair accessible. They use electronic key cards for room access. About the room: The room has good blackout curtains and a great bed. The LCD TV looks good. Luggage area is in entrance area and is large enough for a modern suitcase. Plenty of storage in drawers and closet. There is a working telephone. The safe is large enough for a 16" portable computer. You get clean washcloths and towels every day. Super A/C to chill you down. + Good staff to serve the customers. The exercise room is climate controlled; only one treadmill is out of service. The sauna is out of order. The steam room is very good. Lots of towels at the swimming pool.

LOCATION AND FACILITIES/FURNITURE IN ROOM-LOTS OF ROOM FOR STORAGE OF CLOTHES AND PERSONAL ITEMS. RECEPTION AREA IS VERY NICE. LARGE COMFORTABLE ROOM. SERVICE STAFF VERY EFFICIENT. GOOD AIR CONDITIONING

The hotel itself (excellent)...great and very spacious with excellent loby and well organized and equiped with necessay facilities. The room too is large and very spacious like other known hotels, if not better!!! I am not exaggerating!!! Great location facing the beach exactly. Having a wonderful place to relax infrint of the hotel facing exactly the beach where you can set and relax enjoying your drink as well as the view of the beach with lot of sea activities. The hotel as a whole is very neat and clean. Staff are polite and very cooperative and helpful. Not to mention their buffet, excellent and having many and variety of items. Those who paid for a room like what I paid for and those who paid a higher rate all are enjoying the breakfast buffet and not like many other hotels who have implemented a silly system, although you pay more what you are paying for their rooms!! This was never the case in Thailand in the past!! Wonder when such silly thing was implemented?? Frankly speaking this is my third time staying in this hotel. I really like it.

Great location right on the beach and central to everything. Buffet breakfast very good, staff attentive and will do anything for you if you ask them to. Food fresh and re-stocked when it goes down. Maid service was very good. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels and bedding. pool area also very nice. Could be doing with umbrellas for extra shade. Also a nice roof area which is crying out for something to be done with it.
